The AAF National Conference 2010 will take place in the Hilton conference center. The Hilton Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria hotels are connected to the conference center and anchor the meeting space complex on either side. Staying at either hotel will give you great access to the conference.

To make reservations, please call 1-800-HILTONS (or 1-800-445-8667) and identify yourself as an American Advertising Federation conference attendee and mention the group/convention code ZAAF. Reservations must be received no later than Monday, May 24, in order to receive the special AAF discounted rate.
In order to confirm a reservation, the hotel will require a first night’s deposit. Checks and credit cards will be accepted. All credit cards used to guarantee a reservation will be charged immediately. This charge will be refunded as long as the reservation is cancelled 5 days in advance of arrival and a cancellation number is received.
